Open stand of Pinus jeffreyi/Artemisia tridentata and other scattered shrubs. Stand is large and occurs in a wide band across the low slope running generally NW-SE. Bottom lands to the NE are mixed Artemisia tridentata (308m/62deg) and grasses (450m/18deg).
